Use of the cuan43 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:
21+ Age Restriction: Registration by or use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. cuan43 conducts mandatory age verification as part of the KYC process. Any account found to belong to an underage user will be suspended immediately and all funds will be subject to review and potential forfeiture pending investigation.
Each User is permitted to hold only one registered account on the cuan43 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single User is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any associated balances, and potential permanent exclusion from the Platform.
When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, and mobile telephone number. cuan43 relies on this information to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. cuan43 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials. You must notify cuan43 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Your cuan43 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
cuan43 currently accepts deposits via the following payment channels available to Indonesian residents:

The minimum deposit via bank transfer is Rp 50,000 per transaction. The maximum deposit per single transaction is Rp 100,000,000. Daily and weekly limits may apply depending on your account tier and verification status. cuan43 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion.
Deposits made via local bank transfer during Indonesian banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB) are typically credited to your cuan43 account within 5 to 15 minutes. Deposits initiated outside banking hours, on weekends, or on Indonesian public holidays may experience delays of up to 24 hours. E-wallet deposits are generally processed instantly at all hours.
All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Transactions denominated in foreign currencies are not currently supported. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the User.
By depositing funds into your cuan43 account, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized account holder of the originating payment method. cuan43 may request evidence of source of funds at any time in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
Withdrawals may only be processed once a User has successfully completed identity verification (KYC). Unverified accounts may deposit and place bets but are not permitted to withdraw funds. cuan43 strongly recommends completing KYC immediately after registration to avoid delays when you wish to withdraw winnings.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to Indonesian bank accounts registered in your verified name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction. The maximum withdrawal per single transaction is Rp 100,000,000. Higher limits may be available to verified VIP account holders upon request.
Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 24 hours of submission, subject to successful security checks. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and may take up to 48 hours. cuan43 does not guarantee any specific processing time; however, we endeavor to process all requests as promptly as operationally possible.
cuan43 does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts. Receiving banks may apply their own transfer fees, for which cuan43 accepts no responsibility.
Where a User's account balance includes active Bonus Funds that are subject to wagering requirements, the portion of the balance attributable to such Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Please refer to Section 6 (Bonuses & Promotions) for full details.
cuan43 offers a variety of promotional bonuses to new and existing members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, and seasonal festival promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on each promotion page. Users must wager the required amount using real funds and/or bonus funds (as specified) before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance.
Each promotional offer is available for a limited time and to eligible a ccounts only. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. cuan43 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to disqualify any User found to be abusing promotional terms, and to void any winnings generated through bonus abuse.
Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk, or coordinating with other Users to exploit promotional structures — constitutes bonus abuse. cuan43 reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse.
cuan43 periodically runs promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural and national occasions, including but not limited to Idul Fitri / Lebaran, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Nyepi. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and are available for a strictly limited period. Promotional details will be published on the Platform in advance of the relevant event.
All bets are subject to acceptance by cuan43 at its sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a transaction reference number on the Platform. In the event of a technical error or disconnection during the bet-placement process, cuan43's server records shall be the definitive record of whether a bet was successfully placed and accepted.
cuan43's sportsbook covers a wide range of domestic and international competitions, including BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, the UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup, and FIFA World Cup qualifying matches. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. cuan43 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failure.
cuan43 is not liable for any financial losses arising from bets or gaming activity conducted on the Platform. All bets are placed at the User's own risk. Past odds, outcomes, or patterns do not guarantee future results. cuan43 provides no warranty as to potential winnings or returns on any game or betting market.
The Platform may incorporate games, odds feeds, and other content provided by third-party software suppliers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. cuan43 is not responsible for errors, omissions, or malfunctions originating within third-party software.
cuan43 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failures, bank system outages, or other force majeure events.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cuan43's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data is governed by the cuan43 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. cuan43 will never sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data is shared with third-party processors only where strictly necessary for platform operations, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

cuan43 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following apply:
Upon account closure, verified real-money balances (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to successful identity verification. cuan43 is not obligated to return funds where the account has been closed due to breach of these Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cuan43 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority.
Nothing in this clause limits cuan43's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
